With the weather dampening racing around Ontario, rain delayed the return of the Bruce Bennett Motorsports #1 driven by Gord Bennett at Flamboro last Saturday. The team will make their first OSCAAR start since the Beiderman Memorial Race at Flamboro in 2000.
Bennett Motorsports will be sporting a new race car that will be unveiled at the 2009 Beiderman race on July 4th at Sunset. The number #1 will be a new look instead of the old #67 which was on the door of the car in the 80′s and early 90′s. The #1 was picked because it is the age of Gord’s Grandson Jeramy who turns 1 on July 7th.
