OSCAAR is pleased to announce the results of the executive election which took place at the OSCAAR General meeting on March 14th, 2010. Dave Gainforth was elected to position of President and Larry Woolsey was elected to position of Vice-President, both for two year terms.
Dave has been a long time fan and supporter of the OSCAAR Outlaw Super Late Models having served many years as an OSCAAR official. He has extensive knowledge of the series and a very good rapport with the drivers.
Larry has been with OSCAAR for several years as a car owner and served as appointed Vice-President for 2009. Dave and Larry will work with the Board of Directors elected at the General Meeting on December 14th, 2009. All five Directors agreed to continue and serve their term including Mike Bricknell, Jeff Dunford, Bill Passer, Glenn Watson and TJ Woolsey.
The drivers pulled together at the General Meeting to tackle several areas of concern. There was agreement reached on key issues and there will be another announcement with the details in the near future. OSCAAR extends congratulations and thanks to the newly elected executive.
