The Board of Directors, along with the President and Vice-President, are responsible for running the OSCAAR series. The term of office will be one year. At the end of the one year term, elections will be held to elect new members to the Board of Directors. Former Board members may run for re-election. Prospective Board members must be paid members of OSCAAR or be affiliated to an OSCAAR car or registered driver.
